Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Honest and genuine come to mind. Not only were the prices, product and service top notch, but they went above and beyond to help us. They delivered the steel to our lake house (hours away from their shop) AND helped us haul it across the lake on a barge. If that’s not the definition of going ‘above and beyond’, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend! If I could rate using more stars I would!

Saw the add on Marketplace and purchased some standing seam roofing. You never know what your going to get, but these guys were GREAT!!! Came through with an order on short notice and took their time to show me how to install everything. Great guys! Great price! Would definitely recommend.

I am in the process of renovating a building that I have. When I asked for a quote from the past roofing supplier that I used, I was told that the tin style was discontinued. I then asked for a similar style and was given a quote. I was not impressed at how much it was. I looked on marketplace in the chance that I might get lucky. I did!! I found a listing that Nate had. It is very similar to what I had on the house. I then googled Urban Exteriors and checked them out. They appeared to have some local history and some years under their belt. I sent an email to Nate on a Friday evening and very shortly after, he had replied that he would send me a quote from my measurements the following Tuesday. (It was Easter weekend). We talked over the phone on Thursday afternoon and he agreed to have it ready for the following Thursday. I sent an etrans for a deposit. That following Thursday, I drove the 6 hours down to Innisfil and I met up with them and it was great! The entire order was ready and waited to be loaded onto my trailer. They took the extra caution of cushioning the tin so it would not rub or chaff during the ride home. This is a lot different than what they are used to. I think I am their first customer to pick up their own roofing from this distance away from their area. I do know that they will be seeing me a few more times again over the next couple of years. Nate and Chris are easy to deal with and have the knowledge to share some tips with me. Best part is they know how to communicate!! Thank you Nate and Chris!

If I could give these guys 100 star I would!! They are amazing, professional, quality, and pricing are amazing. Nate walk me through every process of what they going to do and how it’s done. He answer all my questions and concerns. Like I said you can’t go wrong with these guys.
