We base our quote on what we can see and our promise to you is that we will always honour our quote. Anything we missed in our quote is on us, so there are no surprise charges later.

However, we cannot quote on unforseen damages that need to be repaired. These fixes are outside of our quote guarantee, but we will give that work to you at cost. You pay what we pay for that work.

What to Expect.

The following is a breakdown of our process to help you understand how we operate and to set expectations for both of us!

Getting Ready
We prepare a basic diagram of your home, take initial measurements, understand site access and figure out travel time, all from our office.
On-site Inspection
We complete a full inspection of the work area, identifying any concerns we find, and confirming all measurements to ensure accuracy.
Professional Quote
Once we’re done looking at your property, we generate a quote on the spot and help you to understand it.
Quote Guarantee
We always stick to our Quotes – No Suprise Charges! Unforseen repairs are charged at Cost.
Contract & Retainer
Once we agree on the work you will sign our quote and pay a 15% retainer to cover the start-up costs and materials.

Scheduling We schedule the roof project with you within a few weeks to months depending on our current load. Bad weather can change schedules – we keep you informed.
Repairs or Replacement We setup tarps to protect your home from our work. We also bring in a garbage bin, remove existing materials and prep the area, deliver new materials, install new materials during normal working hours. We clean-up debris daily with a deep clean on our last day of the project.
Wrapping Up Once we’re done we take everything away and do our best to make it look like we were never there. We’re available to answer any of your questions and finalize the payment details.
